We offer fully furnished Premium PG rooms for working professionals—single and double occupancy options available.
Is food included in the rent?
No, you need to pay additional charges meal plans. We provide homely and hygienic vegetarian/non-vegetarian meals (breakfast and dinner on weekdays; lunch on weekends).

What is the minimum duration of stay?
The miniumum duration of stay is 1 month. Tenants need to provide a 15-day notice period if you decide to vacate the property.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, we provide a washing machine and drying area. We also offer paid door step laundry services.
What are the rent charges?
Rent varies depending on the room type: Single occupancy: Starts with ₹13999/month | Double occupancy in room with balcony: Starts with ₹9999/month (Please contact us for current rates and availability.)
Are utilities like electricity and water included?
Basic utilities (water, Wi-Fi, and housekeeping) are included in the rent. Electricity will be charged Rs. 500 per tenant.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of one month’s rent is required at the time of booking. Rs. 1,000 will be deducted at the time of check out for maintenance
Are there any restrictions?
We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. No loud music, no alcohol or smoking indoors, and no outside guests without prior permission.
Is parking available?
Yes, limited two-wheeler parking is available. Car parking can be arranged based on availability.
How far is the PG from major IT parks and public transport?
We are conveniently located near key business hubs like Magarpatta, SP Infocity, Amanora, Koregaon Park Annexe & Kharadi. Public transport and shared cabs are easily accessible.
Are there housekeeping services?
Yes, rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly by our housekeeping staff.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, you can cook your food. Small kitchen with gas and stove is provided in the terrace cafeteria.
